耳穴压豆在肛肠科应用体会

摘要:肛门直肠疾病手术最常见的并发症是疼痛、便秘和尿潴留,临床治疗多采用药物疗法,副作用大,不但增加了患者的痛苦,更加重患者的经济负担。耳穴压豆通过刺激耳廓上的相应穴位,达到活血止痛、调理脏腑、疏通经络的功效,临床用于治疗肛肠疾病术后疼痛、便秘、尿潴留疗效显著,操作简便,价格低廉,值得推广。

Abstract: Anal rectum disease surgery's plications are pain, constipation and urinary retention. The clinical treatment with drug therapy has severe side effects , which not only increase the patient's pain, but also bring more heavy economic burden of patients. Through stimulating the corresponding acupuncture points on the ears, ear beans pressure has achieved the effects of activating blood and stopping bleeding, regulating Zang-ans and dredging meridians and can be used for the treatment for anorectal diseases, such as postoperative pain, constipation, urinary retention with distinct curative effect. It is easy operated and has low cost, worthy of promoting.

耳穴压豆是根据人体经络腧穴的理论及耳与脏腑经络的密切关系,通过刺激耳廓上的穴
