关于中国建筑节能气候分区的探讨

摘要根据气候与建筑能耗的关系,确定了影响建筑能耗的气候要素,提出以 H DD18 、
2
CD D26 为 1 级指标,冬季太阳辐射量、夏季相对湿度、最冷月平均温度等为 2 级指标;划分了中
国建筑节能气候分区,将全国划分为 8 个区,并论述了各个分区的气候特点。

Abst ra ct Based on t he relationship between t he climate and building energy consump tion , determines
t he climatic f actors influencing t he building energy consumption. Taking heating degree days based on 18 ℃
and cooling degree days based on 26 ℃as t he p rimary indexes , solar radiation in winter , relative humidity in
summer and mean temperature in coldest mont h as t he secondary indexes , divides t he whole country into
eight climatic regions of building energy efficiency and discusses t he climatic characteristics of each region.

1 建立中国建筑节能气候分区的意义建筑热工分区反映的是建筑热工设计与气候
建筑节能是一个复杂的综合问题,建筑节能技的关系,主要体现在气象基本要素对建筑物及围护
术涉及到建筑热工、设备、材料等诸多方面,各个方结构的保温隔热设计的影响。建筑热工设计分区
面与气候要素的适应关系各不相同。构建各地的用累年最冷月(即 1 月) 和最热月(即 7 月) 平均温
建筑节能体系,加强各地及国内外的交流,都不能度作为分区主要指标,累年日平均温度≤5 ℃和
忽视气候差异性的影响。合理地利用当地气候资≥25 ℃的天数作为辅助指标,将全国划分成 5 个
源,构建适宜不同气候的建筑节能技术路线和关键区,即严寒、寒冷、夏热冬冷、夏热冬暖和温和
