摘要
随着企业规模的发展,越来越多大型企业会在不同地区,不同省份开设分公司,但由于地理、交通等因素的制约,严重阻碍了正常信息的交流,会议耗费交通成本和时间成为了许多跨地区企业一项高成本的支出。此时,我们就需要企业高清视频会议网络的建设。我们经过设立远程数字电视会议系统,可以有效地利用资源,方便正常信息的交流,减少了交通成本和时间的耗费。
对于企业来说,采用视频会议系统能够及时把握市场,赢得具有竞争力的优势。沟通在企业运营中占据非常重要的地位,传统的远程沟通方式无非采用电话联系或者出差两种。电话会议虽然可以及时迅速的沟通,但因其具有不可视的局限性,遇到需要边展示产品和资料边沟通的情况就不得不派人出差。针对企业的沟通难题,视频会议系统应需而生远程视频会议系统不仅方便企业随时召开内部会议、技术交流,还可以帮助企业解决异地培训、异地招聘等难题。它使远距离沟通变得更为频繁、效率更高更为高效,从而深刻地影响企业的运行模式、缩短决策时间、同时提高组织内部的协同力和竞争力。
本文介绍了远程视频会议系统的构成,它是由终端,MCU等设备组成的系统;各种网络传输方式,主要以光纤传输为例来讲;,;信息的压缩方法,分为允许失真和不允许失真;多点控制技术,以及方案的设计,拓扑结构的搭建,区域的划分等。经过以上的研究,完成了远程数字电视会议系统设计。在现实中,远程需要网络运营商来构建,而且大于两个以上的视频会议接点,需要多点控制器(MCU)的参与才能实现系统。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of the enterprise scale, more and more large enterprises will be in different regions, different provinces set pany, but due to the restriction of factors such as geography, traffic, seriously hindered the normal munication, the meeting cost transportation cost and time to be a lot of cross-regional enterprise a high cost of spending. At this point, we need to enterprise of high definition video work construction. After we set up the remote digital video conference system, can effective use of resources, facilitate the normal munication, reducing the transportation cost and time cost.
