随着中国经济的不断发展和住房需求的不断增长,房地产业已经成为了国民经济的支柱产业。房地产业的快速发展必然会让房屋中介发展的更加迅速。国内房屋中介已经从小规模、作坊式的个体运营规模向大规模、企业化方向发展。在这个发展过程中拥有一个好的房屋管理系统就显得尤为重要。本课题主要就是根据当前市场的需要来设计一个适用于各个房屋中介公司的管理系统的。使用该管理系统可以避免人工统计房屋信息时出错,同时还能节省大量的时间,对公司管理带来巨大的方便。该系统以B/S为架构,以ASP为主要应用技术,ess作为数据库。来完成房屋中介系统的设计。系统主要包括销售房信息管理、出租房信息管理等。对于房屋中介公司而言房屋的来源必然是公司的主要需求信息,所以本系统仅会让客户在此系统上买到或租到自己想要的房屋,还可以将自己要出售或出租的房屋信息经过管理员的同意发布到系统上,由此可以达到房屋信息的共享。
