摘要:欠发达地区中小企业是我国市场经济主体的重要组成部分,这一群体的发展、壮大将会给新时期的我国经济注入生机和活力,更重要的是这一群体的生存、发展、壮大直接关系到欠发达地区和发达地区的协调发展,关系到欠发达地区经济增长和解决当地劳动力就业,尤其是农村剩余劳动力转移等一系列政治、经济、社会和民生问题的解决。如何通过构建欠发达地区中小企业文化,发掘和抬升其竞争优势,使欠发达地区中小企业焕发生机,使欠发达地区中小企业走上可持续发展的路子,已经得到越来越多组织和个人的高度关注。
