Abstract From the whole globe, tourist real estate industry --the segment among the united state of
hospitality and resort industry, has been full of vitality. The industry was adopted in china in the end of 20
century, and there are some enterprises, which operate the tourist real estate product. But the tourist real
estate in our country is still at the starting stage, how is the present development situation of tourist real
estate in our country, what is the prospect? This is the question that the tourism and the real estate in
