1 引言
农用地整理作为实现土地可持续利用的~种有效途径,其主要内容是通过采取一定的工程措施,对农用地进
行田、水、路、林、村的综合整治,完善整理区域的基础设施建设,创建良好的农业生产条件和土地生态条件,以保
证土地的可持续利用和生产的稳定性,实现经济、社会、生态三大系统的协同发展。因而从可持续发展角度看,农
