无论在任何的企业中,企业存货都是企业中的一种重要的资产。企业库存存货控制拥有量的多少关系到企业的生产经营能否顺利进行的重要标志,也是企业长远发展必须规划的重要内容。在我国中小企业中,现在的存货管理中还存在着很多各方面的问题,主要包括的问题有:不科学的存货管理方法、质低下的存货管理人员素、企业发展受制于存货管理等等。
本文对这些问题进行了一些分析和探讨,并提出了一些改善对策:比如组立科学高效的存货管理体质,加强完善内部控制,时刻关注企业的存货周转率,建立适合自身发展的存货管理信息系统。

Abstract
No matter in any enterprise,enterprise inventory is an important asset in the enterprise. How much inventory control has the important sign that the enterprise's production and operation can be carried out smoothly, it is also an important part of enterprise's long-term development. In the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, there are still many problems in the inventory management. The main issues include: Unscientific inventory management methods, low quality inventory management, enterprise development is subject to inventory management and so on.
In this paper, some problems are analyzed and discussed, and some improvement measures are put forward : For example, the group's scientific and efficient inventory management, strengthen the internal control, pay attention to the enterprise's inventory turnover rate, the establishment of the inventory management information system suitable for their own development.
