某重型自卸车车架的有限元分析
与改进设计

摘要:运用 UG 软件建立起某重型自卸车车架总成的三维模型,并利用有限元分析方法,采用壳单元进
行网格划分以及合理的模型简化和连接方式,建立起某重型自卸车车架基于 Nastran 的有限元模型。对应
车架在纯弯曲和扭转两种工况下,施加相应的边界条件和载荷条件,进行刚强度分析,得到车架在纯弯
曲、扭转工况下的应力、应变图,找出车架中的薄弱部位并对薄弱部位进行结构优化。通过优化前后对
比分析为后续车架结构改进提供理论依据。

Analysis research and optimization of a heavy dump truck body frame

Abstract:Papers use the software of UG to establish a frame three-dimensional model of a heavy dump truck.
And it makes a finite element model of a heavy dump truck frame based on Nastran by the finite element method,
such as using the shell unit for meshing and a reasonable simplification and connections. It just researches on the
stiffness and strength of the frame by applying the corresponding boundary conditions and load conditions in only
bending or torsion to get stress - strain diagram, and finds and improves the weak parts of the frame structure.
The theoretical proof was got by paration of structures optimization.
