摘要:洗衣机的从无到有,从简单到复杂,从制造到创造,再从创造到创新这
一系列的发展过程,成就了当今洗衣机特有的优秀的洗衣功能。洗衣机不但为人
类可爱的双手找到了更好的替代工具,也给生活注入了科技和便捷。
通过对全自动洗衣机的结构和系统程序的分析,设计制造了全自动洗衣机电
脑控制板。首先利用结构框图详细介绍了全自动洗衣机基本结构及工作原理; 其
次对全自动洗衣机的基本功能及特点做进一步的探讨,利用 PLC 控制技术设计了
全自动洗衣机的基本功能与特殊功能的程序,完成了电脑控制面板的设计制作与
调试;最后对全自动洗衣机故障报警进行分析,以指导使用者正确操作全自动洗
衣机。
在对 MAL50-S101GF-TS14 全自动洗衣机电脑控制板的分析设计过程中,发
现改进一些数据能提高洗衣机的性能,如增加撞桶灵敏度和脱水传动结构会提升
洗衣机脱水时的风干性能等等,使全自动洗衣机的性能得到进一步地完善提高。

Principle and design of automatic washing machine

Abstract: Washing machine from scratch, from simple plex, from
manufacturing to creation, from the creation to innovation this a series of
development process, the achievements of the washing machine unique excellent
washing function. Washing machine not only for human lovely hands found a better
alternative tools, also to give life into a science and technology and convenient.
Based on the full automatic washing machine structure and system analysis,
design and manufacture of the automatic washing puter control panel.
Firstly, introduces in detail the structure of fully automatic washing machine the basic
structure and working principle of automatic washing machine; secondly, the basic
functions and features to make the further discussion, using PLC control technology
the design of the full automatic washing machine 's basic functions and special
functions of the program, completed puter control panel design and debugging;
the last the full automatic washing machine fault alarm analysis, in order to guide
users to correct operation of automatic washing machine.
