鼻内镜鼻窦手术中不同方法处理
上颌窦自然口疗效分析

【摘要】目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻窦手术中不同方法处理上颌窦自然口与预后的关系。方
法将例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者按随机数字表法分为两组:试验组例,术中根据上颌窦自然
口形态与上颌窦本身的病变情况,扩大或不扩大上颌窦自然口;对照组例,术中均扩大上颌窦自
