摘要:随着社会进步、经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,对发展林业、改善生态环境的要求越来越迫切,林业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用越来越突出。林业不仅要满足社会对木材等林产品及林副产品的多样化需求,而且要满足国土保安、环境改善等生态需求。在这种大的历史背景下,公司以发展速生丰产料林、用材竹基地,积极发展药材基地,延长产业链,实现多次增值,提高木材综合利用率。同时要求突出发展名优新经济果林、生态旅游、药材培植新兴林产品产业,提高新的林业经济增长点。

Abstract:Withthe social progress and economic development and the improvement of people's living standard, the development of forestry and improve the ecological environment has e more and more urgent, forestry role in national economic development and functions are ing more and more outstanding. Not only should satisfy social forestry products and wood, etc. Of the by-products, and should meet the diverse needs of homeland security, improve the ecological environment of such requirement. In this historical background, so pany to develop industrial raw material, wood, bamboo base materials, and actively developing industry base, extend and improve wood multiple value-prehensive utilization. Quality requirements and outstanding new economic fruit wood, ecological tourism and cultivate new materials industry, cultivate new forestry coverage of economic growth.

1 前言
设计任务的由来
公司林业产业园位于中兴镇上元村7社的王婆岩,项目区面积大约150 hm2,在这里发展林业产业有得天独厚的条件。
中兴镇是都江堰--青城山两大世界遗产连接纽带,外接省道106线,元中路、玉沿路穿镇而过,2010年成都到青城山轻轨铁路即将修通,为园区内发展农家乐带来大量游客。亚热带湿润性季风气候区,一年降雨丰富,冬无严寒,夏无酷暑,适合多种阔叶,针叶树生长,而且土层深厚,土地肥沃。这里交通发达,距中兴镇1公里,距中都江堰市9公里交通便捷,水电供应充足。各届党委政府重视并提出的“在坚定不移实现工业强区战略的同时,本着夯实农业基础,发展林业产业,建设优质林木生产基地,”的基本思路。
蜀涛科技公司为了提高单位面积的产值,增加公司收益,满足社会对林业产业的发展需要,也适应国家新农村建设发展需要。2009年7月,受蜀涛科技公司委托,笔者对该地进行规划设计。
设计要遵循的原则
坚持森林和林木保护与科学改造相结合的原则;最大限度的发挥其生态效益和经济效益;统筹兼顾,突出重点的原则;政府指导,全民参与的原则;坚持数量、质量、效益并重的原则,力开展规模化、集约化经营
