Ingredients
Main ingredients:
250 g beef, 200g potato
Auxiliary ingredients: pepper ash, anise Fried incense, 13 incense and old smoke soy sauce、 garlic、salt、water、sugar、 onion 、ginger.
The first step
Cut potatoes into pieces, and make beef e diced meat.
Put some pepper ash and Anise Fried incense, add ginger then fry beef.
The second step
Stir-fry beef into 13 incense and old smoke soy sauce. Such not only can make it chromatically,but also more let beef e well flavoured.
The third step
Put pieces of potato, garlic , salt into it and fry for a short when beef rare in half .
The forth step
Then add mild water or boiled water and cover pot to braised the beef ( you must not put cold water when doing beef, it'll make meat harden).
The fifth step
Stewing until almost out of water, and you add some onion segment on plate then it would be OK.
