摘要:目的观察蚓激酶治疗急性血栓性痔疮的临床疗效,并探讨降纤治疗在痔疮治疗中的临床意义。方法将96例病例随机分为蚓激酶组36例和地奥思明组32例和非药物组28例,10 d后观察三组患者疼痛缓解程度,缓解天数以及痔核消退时间和程度,纤维蛋白原等情况。结果蚓激酶组、地奥思明组总有效率均为在90%以上,临床症状的缓解程度也远远高于非药物组(P<);降纤作用方面,蚓激酶组要高于于地奥思明组及非药物组(P<)。结论蚓激酶可以作为急性期痔疮发作的非手术用药,降纤治疗可以明显缩小痔疮体积,缓解临床症状,并具有较少的副作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the vermis kinase clinical curative effect for the treatment of acute hemorrhoids with thrombosis, and discuss the significance of reduce the fibrinogen treatment for hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 96 cases of acute hemorrhoids patients were Randomly divided into three in one group were treated by vermis kinase, control group were treated by Diosmin Tablets,and blank control group were treated just by wash worm pare the clinical efficacy,the degree of pain, Size fading degree of hemorrhoids, and fibrinogen. Results Vermis kinase group, Diosmin group, the total effective rate was in more than 90%, the clinical symptoms relief degree is higher than that of the non drug group (P < ); fibrinolytic effect, Vermis kinase group to higher than in Diosmin group and non drug group (P < ). Conclusion Vermis kinase can be a non-surgical medicine for acute hemorrhoids. Fiber reduction can significantly shrink the hemorrhoids volume, and relieve clinical symptoms,the side effects are less .
