摘要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展,城市化进程不断加快,高层建筑在我国的工程建设中愈来愈多,而高层建筑基础是高层建筑建设中尤为关键的一环。因为高层建筑基础承担着将高层建筑上部结构的荷载传给地基的重要作用,因此应考虑高层建筑上部结构、基础与地基协同作用。而高层建筑基础中不均匀沉降问题也愈来愈严重,由于不均匀沉降对高层建筑物的危害性较大,因此在设计时必须对其重视,在发生时必须进行有效处理。本文首先分析了高层建筑不均匀沉降的产生因素,其次对比了不同的基础形式,最后对复杂高层建筑筏板基础进行了探讨。

Research on Uneven Settlement of High-rise Building Foundation
Abstract:With the continuous development of China's social economy and the acceleration process of urbanization, more and more high-rise buildings are showing in the construction of our country, and the foundation plays a very important role in the construction of high-rise buildings. The foundation transfers the load of the upper structure to the subgrade, so it is necessary to take the superstructure, foundation and subgrade into consideration together. However the uneven settlement problem is ing more and more serious and it causes greater harm to the safety of high-rise buildings, so it is necessary to pay more attention to it during the project and treat it effectively when it happens. This text firstly analyzes the factors of uneven settlement in the high-rise buildings, pares different foundations, and lastly discuss the raft foundation plexed high-rise buildings.
