学员守那么
1、凡参加临床技能培训的学员进点前必须做好工作交接,克服工学矛盾,严格遵守培训的各项规章制度和要求,不得在培训期间兼顾单位工作或回单位上班。
2、凡参加临床技能培训的人员必须自觉执行医疗道德标准,服从医院和带教老师的管理,严守医疗操作规程,严防医疗过失的发生。
3、培训期间一律不得请假,确有特殊情况需请假者,必须履行请假手续,三天以内者向所在医院科教科请假,三天至一周者向卫校培训科请假,凡无故一周以上不参加实践培训者取消其培训资格。
4、在例行检查、抽查中无故缺席者,发现一次按旷工一次论处,累积三次者,将通报其所在县区卫生局,临床培训成绩不合格,不颁发证书。
5、培训期间请病假者必须有医院诊断证明书,一周内由医院科教科批准,超过一周者经市卫校培训科批准前方能离开,否那么按旷工论处。
6、培训期间所遇节假日,一律按培训单位规定的时间休息。
7、培训结束后将实践手册交培训单位科教科。
8、封面培训单位须加盖机构公章。

一、目的要求
基层医疗卫生机构全科医生转岗培训是医改的重要任务之一,临床技能实践是全科医生培训的一个重要组成局部,目的是在理论培训的根底上,通过临床实践,全面提升基层医疗全科医生的根本医疗和卫生效劳水平,培养出一支符合基层全科医疗效劳岗位要求的全科医生队伍,根本满足“小病在基层,公共卫生效劳在身边〞的基层卫生技术人才需求。通过临床带教培训使全科医生专业理论和临床经验方面有一个较大的飞跃,从而高质量地向个人、家庭、社区提供融医疗、预防、保健等为一体的综合性、连续性、协调性的基层卫生效劳,逐渐到达全科医师的岗位要求。
二、实践科目与时间安排
临床实践轮转科室及时间为内科两个月〔必修〕、急诊急救两个月〔必修〕,外科、妇产科、儿科、传染科、精神科等共三个月〔选修〕,学员应根据专科根底和以往接受培训的情况,选择其中至少四个科室进行轮转。所学每个科室轮转时间不少于两周。本阶段培训的重点是掌握常见病症的诊断与鉴别诊断,主要疾病防治与转诊指标,常用操作技术,预防策略等。具体实训内容:
1、内科
⑴心血管系统疾病:高血压病、冠心病、心功能不全、心率失常、心肌炎。

⑵呼吸系统疾病:上呼吸道感染、急慢性支气管炎、肺炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、呼吸衰竭等。
⑶消化系统疾病:溃疡、急慢性肠炎、脂肪肝、胆囊炎、急性胰腺炎等。
⑷内分泌及代谢性疾病:糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺机能减低、血脂异常、痛风等。
⑸泌尿系统疾病:泌尿系统感染、肾病综合症、急慢性肾小球肾炎、急慢性肾功能不全等。
⑹神经系统疾病:出血性和缺血性脑血管病、老年性痴呆等。
2、急诊急救科:高热、昏迷、头疼、抽搐、晕厥、急性胸痛、急性腹痛、呼吸困难、咯血、便血、血尿、鼻衄、电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡、休克、中毒和意外伤害等。
3、外科:外科感染、急性乳腺炎、急性胆囊炎、烧伤、骨折、关节脱位、阑尾炎、腹外疝等。
4、妇产科:围产期保健、流产、妊娠高血压综合征、妊娠合并糖尿病、盆腔炎、妇科肿瘤、月经失调、方案生育指导等。
5、儿科:新生儿黄疸、上呼吸道感染、哮喘、肺炎、腹泻、贫血、营养不良和肥胖症、佝偻病、高热惊厥等。
6、传染科:病毒性肝炎、肺结核、细菌性痢疾、麻疹、水痘、腮腺炎、猩红热、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、艾滋病、手足口病、流行性感冒。

7、精神科:精神分裂症、情感性精神障碍、癔症、酒精所致精神障碍、神经症等。
三、组织管理
兰州市卫生局社管处负责培训的组织与督导,兰州市卫生学校培训科具体进行管理,并制定具体的培训方案和实施方案,各医院科教科配合组织抓落实。
四、考核与结业
1、考核分为出科考核和结业考核两局部。出科考核由各轮转科室主任负责组织带教老师在科室轮转结束后实施,结业考核由市卫生局和市卫生学校培训科以及实践单位科教科依据学员所填表格情况和出科考核情况综合评价确定是否合格。
2、合格学员报省卫生厅,省卫生厅审核后颁发全科医生转岗培训合格证书。
