摘要
近年来,中国经济快速发展,城市建设发展突飞猛进,而与之相关的城市新区建设发展则成为中国城市发展最为浓墨重彩的一幕,“十二五”规划中将生态城市城市放在了一个更突出的战略位置,建设生态城市是人类共同的愿望,其目的是让人的创造力和各种有利于推动社会发展的潜能充分释放出来,在一个高度文明的环境里,造就一代超过一代的生产力。在达到这个目的地过程中,保持经济发展、社会进步和生态保护的高度和谐是基础,因而研究城市新区规划与建设生态城市具有重要的意义。

Abstract
