摘要
DNA是生物体遗传信息的载体,具有存储和传递信息的功能。对DNA的研究是生命科学研究中一个极其重要的方面。DNA是大多数抗癌,抗病毒试剂在体内的主要靶向分子。恶性肿瘤现已成为人类死亡的主要原因之一,寻找抗肿瘤药物己经成为药学研究的重大课题。而所有细胞和病毒中都含有DNA。DNA在生物遗传中具有特殊功能,能否行使正常的遗传功能依赖与其他分子的物理,化学相互作用。小分子物质,特别是一些药物分子,与DNA的作用,影响到DNA的生理和物理化学性质,改变了DNA的转录和作用模式。
因此,研究小分子物质与DNA的相互作用的配合物有助于人们对DNA与蛋白质相互作用模式的了解,并且对一些致癌化合物的致癌机理,抗癌药物的药理和毒性,以及新型药物的设计合成方面都有很大的意义。在医药研究中,DNA与靶向分子相互作用的研究不仅对阐述一些抗肿瘤、抗病毒药物及致癌物的作用机理,而且对进一步指导人工核酸的合成及DNA高级结构的研究具有重要意。

Abstract
DNA is the carrier of biological ic information, has the function of store and transmit information. The study of DNA is a very important aspect in the life science research. DNA is most anticancer and antiviral reagents mainly target molecules in the body. Malignant tumor has e one of the main causes of human death, looking for antitumor drugs has e a major subject of pharmaceutical research. And all contain DNA in cells and viruses. DNA has special function in the biological inheritance, can exercise the normal ic functions depend on the physical with other molecules, chemical interactions. Some small molecules, especially drug molecules, and the role of DNA, affect the physical and the chemical and physical properties of DNA, changed the DNA transcription and role model.
Therefore, the research of the interaction of small molecules with plexes can help people understanding of DNA and protein interaction pattern, and the carcinogenic mechanism of some cancer-pounds, pharmacology and toxicity of anticancer drugs, as well as the design of the new drug synthesis aspect will be of great significance. In medical research, targeted molecular interaction of DNA with the research of this paper not only some antitumor, antiviral drugs, and carcinogenic mechanism, and to further guide the artificial nucleic acid
synthesis and DNA structure of senior research has the important meaning.
