1)系统覆盖面要求:
保证信息管理、网络建设和各种专业应用软件和硬件设备覆盖XXXXXXX工程可持续的使用周期,为XXXX广场工程各个楼宇间的智能化系统提供技术支撑和连接。
2)系统集成度要求:
信息集成度包括以下方面的要求,即建筑物智能化集成管理系统(BMS)和物业自动化管理系统之间实现信息共享、网络互通、功能协同和子系统协调联动控制。

楼宇自动控制系统〔BAS〕是通过整套楼宇自动控制系统及其内置最优化控制程序和预设时间程序对楼宇内各种机电设备进行集中管理和监控。针对对象主要包括:电梯、公共照明、新风系统、排风机、污水坑、集水坑、上下压变配电、发电机的管理。实现XXXXX内能楼宇自动化控制系统管理中心对XXXXX内各种机电设备进行全方位的监视、控制,以及各设备间的联动控制和节能管理。
综合布线系统
综合布线子系统作为建筑物信息通信网络能支持语音、数据、图像和多媒体等各种业务信息的传输,与智能化终端设备〔端口〕相连接,并预留光纤到户。该系统应结合建筑物的业务性质、使用功能、环境平安条件和其他使用的需求,进行经济合理的系统布局和管线设计。综合布线子系统的缆线防护方式及敷设方式应满足信息传送的平安保密性要求,整个系统的结构应具有一定的灵活性、可扩展性、实用性和可管理性。

信息网络通信系统
计算机网络系统作为3A智能化系统的核心骨干支持架构,为业务办公系统〔OA〕、楼宇自动化控制系统〔BA〕以及通信自动化系统〔CA〕的运作提供一个可靠、稳定网络环境。从拓扑结构上分成网络平台、系统主机以及软件平台三大局部组成。建成后的XXXXX将集办公和住宅多功能于一体的现代化办公商业区。主要以计算机网络、办公自动化、管理信息系统应用为主,同时满足多业务开展需求。在广场内既有各单位/企业相对独立的信息共享,同时又有各单位/企业间的信息交换。既有本地网络的信息共享,同时又要考虑与其他机构间的信息交换。总之XXXXX网络是个规模较大、需实现功能较多的局域网,设计必须满足各种业务的信息交换需求。

网络播送系统
针对XXXX建设和使用需求,现拟在设计安装一套公共播送系统,通过公共播送系统,满足办公大楼日常的背景音乐播放、生产信息传播、平安生产教育知识传播、内部语音播送等使用需求,同时公共播送系统具有紧急消防播送功能,满足紧急情况下进行疏散信号播放和紧急语音播送;
1、每个区域单独分区,能独立进行播送,与中心播送室相连接。
2、每个区域能独立播送讲话,独立播放音乐节目;
3、数字化传输:以局域网为主要媒介,可实现远程传输语音、远程控制、远程监控、远程诊断和远程软件升级。
4、独立播放功能:每个区域内都可自主播放各自的音源,当主播送室有告警或要强行播送通知时,系统优先播放。
5、自动播放功能:可按用户设置的时间表通过本系统每周或全年自动播放流行歌曲、古典音乐、轻音乐、外文歌曲及其它用户特定的效劳语音提示。如遇突发事件自动对全区或分区告警播送。
6、海量节目源存储:系统主机应内置海量背景音乐节目源。
7、可录写功能:用户可通过计算机、话筒、卡座、VCD/CD/MP3等音源编辑输入到系统主机。及时更新背景音乐曲目及语音信息。

现在所说的“一卡通〞,是一种广义上的多个单个功能组合后功能强大、实现互连互通、统一管理的产物。本次为商业中心设计的“一卡通〞系统主要包括G、H栋楼的门禁系统。
门禁管理系统的作用是实现人员出入权限控制及出入信息记录。,门禁系统采用主控器〔TCP/IP通讯〕及分控器〔RS-485通讯〕二级控制结构。确保系统在脱机状态下的正常运行以及在联机状态下的实时性要求。
停车管理系统
车辆管理系统(CPS),采用感应卡与磁性票卡一体化收费管理系统。CPS系统对与停车场常期用户可以采用储值感应卡,不用停车就可以自动控制停车场车辆进出口闸门的开启和关闭,以及自动扣除停车费;对与停车场临时用户可以采用临时磁性票卡,以人工方式收取停车费。CPS系统同时具有车辆影像比照识别保安功能,可以确保停车场进出车辆的平安。并能实现以下功能:
-防强行闯入;
-车辆满位显示;
-车场内车位摄像监控;
-与门禁、收费等实现一卡通功能。
