电源插座盖注塑模具设计
摘要:模具生产技术水平的高低,已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志。塑料工业的飞速发展,对注塑模具的设计与生产提出了质量好、制造精度高、研发周期短等越来越高的要求,能否适应这种需求已成为模具生产企业发展的关键因素。模具技术是融合机械工程、计算机应用、自动控制、数控技术等学科为一体的综合性学科。
本文中针对电源插座盖注射模具制定出合理的设计结构,其中包括成型部分及其零部件设计,浇注系统设计,脱模机构设计,冷却系统设计等。根据分析,设计了一套塑料注射模具,并对模具以及主要零件进行了CAD绘图。

The Injection Mold Design For Outlet Cover
Abstract: The level of mold production technology has e the measure of a country's manufacturing of the level of an important symbol. The rapid development of the plastics industry, injection mold design and production made of good quality and high precision manufacturing, research and development of short cycle higher and higher requirements, the ability to meet this demand has e a key factor in the development of mold manufacturing enterprises. Mold technology is the integration of mechanical engineering, computer application, automatic control, numerical control technology and other subjects for an integrated discipline.
Paper cover injection mold design to develop a reasonable structure for a power outlet, including their parts ponents forming part of the design, gating system design, the ejection mechanism design, cooling system design. According to the analysis, design a set of plastic injection mold, and the mold and the main parts of the CAD drawing.
