星子县基层中医药适宜技术推广实施方案
适宜技术在基层防治常见病,多发病中的优势和作用。保护人民群众
身体健康,缓解基层群众“看病难、看病贵〞问题,特制定本工作方
案。
一、工作目标;
在全县逐步建立起基层中医药适宜技术推广有效网络和机制,全面提高基层卫生技术人员中医药专业技术水平,切实加强基层中医药效劳能力建设。推广中医药适宜技术,使我县中医医院、乡〔镇〕卫生院、村卫生所中医适宜技术覆盖面达l00%,每个乡〔镇〕卫生院至少2人掌握不少于20项中医药适宜技术,村卫生所至少1人掌握
小少于10项中医药适宜技术,使广阔人民群众能方便享受“简、便、验、廉、平安有效〞的中医药效劳
二、推广范围;
县中医院,全县乡〔镇〕卫生院、村卫生所。
三、推广时间;
1、2023年7月选派人员参加省卫生厅组织的县级师资培训班进行培训。
2、2023年8月制定方案,做好前期准备工作。
3、2023年9月向全县各医疗单位,卫生所推广。

四、组织实施;
〔一〕推广基地和专家指导小组
l、中医药适宜技术推广基地设在县中医院。
2、成立星子县中医药适宜技术推广专家指导小组,负责确定工程的推广和指导工作,并提供相关技术的咨询指导。成员如下:
柳春锋县中医院书记副主任医师
张仁征县中医院副院长主治中医师
查三红县中医院医务科长主治中医师
李平海县中医院内科主治中医师
宋洛川县中医院推拿针灸中医师
3、县卫生局负责本县基层推广的组织协调工作,县中医院负责具体实施推广工作,制定方案并报县卫生局审查批准。

〔三〕推广范围和要求
县卫生局负责本县基层中医药适宜技术推广的组织协调工作,县中医院负责实施推广工作,本县所辖的乡镇卫生院、村卫生所中医药适宜技术覆盖率达100%。

培训方案
一、目的
通过学****培训,掌握简单、适宜的中医药技术,增强对基层常见病和多发病的中医诊疗能力。
二、要求
〔一〕掌握15个基层常见病、多发病的中医药简易治疗方法。
〔二〕掌握常用的中医药适宜技术〔包括〕一般针法、灸洲:、刮痧、拔罐、敷贴、推拿、熏洗、耳诊。
〔三〕了解中医根本理论知识。
三、培训时间、地点、安排。
其举办一期,共2天,计16学时。〔?基层中医药适宜技术?第一册8学时、?基层中医药适宜技术?第二册8学时
时间:9月29-30日温泉小红楼宾馆举办,各乡镇卫生院、村卫生所派人员参加。
