摘要
技术范式是解决所选择的特定技术经济问题的一种模式,沿着由范式定义
的经济权衡与技术折衷的技术进步活动就是技术轨道。技术轨道实现了技术和
经济的有机结合,决定了技术创新可能有的方向和强度,也就决定了企业发展
的目标和前景。从技术轨道的概念出发,可以更科学有效地进行创新预测和技
术选择,准确把握高技术企业的发展趋势。
自主创新应是高技术企业追求的最终战略选择,企业应根据技术轨道的发
展规律进行自主创新:新技术轨道是高技术企业进入产业竞争的制高点;高技
术企业通过创新设立市场标准能引领技术轨道的发展;技术轨道越向前延伸,
企业自主创新的成本就越高;高技术企业沿技术轨道发展往往能产生创新集群;
在新技术轨道上创新的常常是某产业的外来者。
高技术企业应正确识别和判断技术的发展趋势,及时、准确地选择进入新
轨道的时机和途径:本产业的重大技术突破,消费观念的转变,国内外政治、
经济形势的变化;判断市场上是否有新的技术轨道生长点,及时转变企业的发
展战略,购买或兼并在新技术轨道上成功的小企业。高技术企业应该善于辨识
并及早进入新技术轨道,顺沿新轨道的方向持续创新,通过自主创新拥有自己
的核心技术,实现企业的长足发展。

Abstract
Technological paradigm is a pattern that solves special technical and economic
problems, and technological trajectory is the technical improvement that follows
economic and promise that defined by paradigms. Technological
trajectory realizes the bination of technology and economy, so it decides
the possible direction and strength of technical innovation and the development aims
and prospects of enterprises. From the conception of technological trajectory we can
predict innovation and choose technology more scientifically and effectively, and we
can seize the development trends of hi-tech enterprises more correctly.
Self-innovation should be the final strategy of hi-tech enterprises. Firms should
carry out self-innovation based on the development law of technological trajectory.
The new technological trajectory is the peak point of hi-tech enterprises that get into
petition. Hi-tech enterprises will lead the development of technological
trajectory through setting up market criterions. The costs of self-innovation will rise
along with the prolongation of trajectory. Hi-tech enterprises, which go along with
the technological trajectory, will generate innovation clusters. And it is always
