慈善事业与社会发展唯物史观的新视角

摘要

本文以唯物史观的视角从理论与现实的层面探讨了慈善事业与
社会发展的相关问题文章共分三个部分
第一部分阐明了本文的理论分析框架考察了慈善事业在一些西
方国家以及在中国的简要发展历程从中体现了在整个人类社会发展
过程中的各个阶段慈善事业与社会需要社会发展的关系还论述了
慈善事业在当代中国被赋予的和谐社会重要维度的新内涵
第二部分以上海市慈善基金会的个案分析为切入点对作为现代
慈善事业重要载体的慈善组织的运作规律进行了探讨从而在更深层
次上阐发了慈善事业与社会发展在当代社会的互动效应
第三部分立足于前文理论分析与实证研究的基础之上对中国慈
善事业发展的机遇和壁垒问题进行了剖析进而就中国慈善事业发展
的战略路径作出了系统的设计
本文所具有的创新性主要有以下五点
第一慈善事业与社会发展的相关度研究应纳入到唯物史观
的视野
第二利用人的需要理论全面发展理论等来阐释慈善事业的产
生和发展
第三慈善事业是当代中国构建和谐社会的重要维度
第四慈善事业与社会发展具有良性互动的关系
第五当代中国发展慈善事业的战略路径选择培育现代慈善价
值观政慈分开推进制度创新构筑监督体系加强慈善组织自
身建设等

THE PHILANTHROPIES AND THE SOCIAL
DEVELOPMENT:THE NEW PERSPECTIVE
OF THE HISTORICAL MATERIALISM

ABSTRACT

From the point of view of the historical materialism, this paper
discusses the relationship between the philanthropies and the social
bined with the theories and realities. It includes three
parts as follows:
The first section expounds this paper’s theoretical analysis frame;
Inspected the philanthropies’ brief development in some western nations
and China, it manifests the relationship among the philanthropies, the
social needs and the social development in each stage of the process of
the entire human social development. Furthermore, it elaborates the new
connotation of philanthropies which is entrusted with “‘the harmonious
society’ the important dimension” in contemporary China.
The second section discusses the operation rules of the
philanthropies, which is considered as an important carrier of the modern
philanthropies, based on the analysis of some cases of Shanghai
charitable foundation. Sequentially, it explains the interaction effect
between philanthropies and the social development in the contemporary
society in deeper level.
