校园移动办公平台是我公司为手机、平板电脑等移动终端用户精心打造的一款移动办公产品,分浏览器版和客户端版。客户端版支持目前主流的手机系统,如iPhone、ipad、android系统等,浏览器版实现了手机web浏览器访问。系统支持跨通信运营商、跨操作系统平台,通过3G、wifi等网络实现校园内移动OA用户与传统OA用户的即时互动。

校园移动办公平台不仅为学校提供了一个业务系统,更为学校提供了一个可扩展的平台,用户通过该平台可以自由的扩展各类校园效劳与功能。
登录
Iphone、Android手机平台下载各自对应的移动办公系统提供的对应的客户端应用程序,用户翻开程序图标后,进入平台登录界面,界面中显示学校的校情概况、新闻公告、校园通知等内容,用户可以不用登录对这些信息进行浏览。界面中提供用户登录功能,用户输入用户、密码后,系统对用户进行身份识别,如果通过那么进入移动办公系统主界面,进入系统主界面后,用户可以通过点击相应的功能图标运行不同的功能。

会议申请
用户通过会议申请,可以实现在手机上进行申请会议,预定空闲会议室,选择与会人,预定会议设备功能,并可以查看会议申请结果,处理环节及流程。
