电子门票软件使用管理说明
电子门票系统是专为三棍闸、摆闸、等,配套的专用软件,细分为网络版和单机版,网络版支持广域网和局域网,支持两层数据交换,系统包含根本信息管理、售票管理—BAR〔读条码〕、售票管理—PRT〔打印条码〕、检票管理—BAR、导游积分管理、员工卡和指纹管理、领导查寻、数据管理、和通用查寻、功能模块。
用户可以对应自己的售票方式和管理方式对进出景区、卡种类和消费价格进行设置。可以随时查寻景区的售票和退票情况、可以对特殊人群办理快速通道〔例如:员工,记者,领导等等〕对景区的进出人员进行跟踪〔进如景区多少人,还有多少人还在景区里面〕。
系统还提供了查寻数据的Execl输出功能,总之,这款电子门票软件既式合大景区的使用和小区景区的须求,也是电子门票软件中非常理想的一款软件。〔如图:1—1〕
1、根本信息管理:根本信息模块完成了对电子门票系统的:门票种类、门票价格、门票检测、门票初使化的设置。

门票初如化:门票初始华模块只对〔售票系统—BAR〕有效。进如门票初始化系统,选择门票种类〔例如:普通票〕然后用条码枪扫手上的门票,系统提示XXXXXXXX……OK表示门票初始化成功。〔比方:“条码卡号为23576834这张卡被初始化为普通票〞。〕〔如图:1—5〕

售票管理:把印刷好的条码用条码枪通过售票管理击活,把票卖出〔如图2—2〕

预定售票:预定某天的门票。
卖票的时候先选择预定票的检票日期,然后在刷条码。比方:“今天要卖6月19号到7月19号的票,首先在检票时间范围选择日期为〔如图:2—3〔表示条码号为66666666这张票可以在6月19号到7月19之间检一次〕〕。

预定售票:预定某天的门票。
卖票的时候先选择预定票的检票日期,票类,数量回车确让手打印时机自动出票,如图〔3—3〕所卖出的票只能在2023-07-25当天才能使用过期自动做费。
