知识目标:掌握一些消费以及消费者权益保护方面的知识,知道消费者权益受到损害后寻求解决的一般途径。
能力目标:学会运用智慧保护消费者合法权益,主动学习和掌握有关消费方面的知识,增强自己的判断能力和选择能力。当自己作为消费者的合法权益遭到侵害时,能够运用法律手段维护自己的权利。
