摘要目的:探讨绩效考核表在护理考核中的应用效果。方法:根据护理质量考核标准及护理人才管理要求,拟定护理人员绩效考核表,主要通过科室每位护士随机质控,每周科内质控组员定期进行质控,每月护士长定期抽查质控。根据护理人员绩效考核表内项目,护士长将所有质控结果汇总统计得出每个人的分数。每个季度进行评分情况公布,再根据得分分配综合目标奖金。结果:患者对护士满意度、护士对自身工作满意度、医师对护士的满意度调查显示,满意率均有不同程度的提高。结论:通过使用护理人员绩效考核表进行护理人员管理不仅可提高护理质量,改进医护关系、护患关系,还可优化工作流程。
