德州市游乐场所调查报告
调查时间:2023年11月
调查成员:
调查目的:了解各大游乐场、公园的门票、工程设施、游客量、经营状况、交通状况、地理位置等
调查地点:植物园、妇女儿童活动中心、希森欢乐岛、奥德乐炫彩动漫、大雁岛等
调查内容:首先在网上搜集了一下德州各游乐场所的背景资料、地理位置、交通状况等,然后实地去走访调查。下面选择几个有代表性的工程做为陈述对象。
德州市妇女儿童活动中心
建于1987年12月25日,原名儿童乐园,隶属于市妇联,占地面积58000平方米,建筑面积8500平方米,中心园区绿木成荫、风景宜人,内部设施齐全,是集社会教育、群众健身、生态休闲、儿童娱乐四大功能于一体的公共活动场所。

调查结论:
实地调查与网上的资料出处很大。网上介绍的豪华设备、庞大的游客量,在实际的园区里都只是锈迹斑斑,人丁稀少,甚至有的场所已经不存在了,被其他的房地产工程所代替〔如东方寓乐园被江南水郡所替代〕。
游乐场里的设备老化严重且因缺乏创新失去了吸引力。在游乐场里都是来去匆匆的路人和无聊打牌的工作人员。为此,我们的工程必须要有很持久的吸引力才能不被游客淡忘。
德州市没有很大型的游乐场所。曾经被称为“鲁北迪斯尼〞的希森欢乐岛现在也是一片萧条,几乎没有了游客。
电玩类的动漫游戏是一种趋势。奥德乐的炫彩动漫是我们走访的这几个游乐场所中游客最多的场所,在未来的游戏开展趋势中仍是可以作为开展工程进行经营的。
