教育投资与经济增长关系的实证研究
——基于山东省数据
摘要
教育与经济增长有着重要的关系,尤其在当今知识经济重要的今
天更是需要得到前所未有的重视。中国经济发展在依赖劳动密集型产
业取得了巨大的成就之后,出现了劳动力减少,人口红利不断消失的
情形,面对如此状况,加快产业结构转型,促进教育投资对经济发展
有着重要的意义。教育投资对经济发展有一定的积极作用,但是在不
同的经济条件下教育投资的贡献是不同的。山东人口众多、经济较为
发达,并且自古以来对教育投入颇为重视,因此,本文以山东省为例
针对教育投资对经济发展的具体贡献进行定性和定量的分析和研究,
以求发现教育投资的现有问题并探究其具体贡献度。
本文首先对教育投资经济学的相关理论进行了综述,探讨了不同的
理论关于教育投资与经济发展之间的相关性和作用机制的分析,为之
后的定量分析做了一定的理论铺垫。并且在此基础上总结了国内外学
者定量上的计量方法。在此基础上运用统计数据说明山东省教育投资
的现状,并与其他代表性地区进行了对比分析,总结出山东教育投资
存在的问题。运用菲德模型计量教育投资对经济发展的贡献率大小,
指出山东省教育投资对经济增长有一定的促进作用,但作用较小。在
文章最后,结合山东省的经济发展状况给出了教育投资的相关建议。
教育投资的增加对于促进山东省经济总量的增长具有重要作用,
经济的增长也需要教育投资有合理的方向和结构意义。因此,充分认
识教育投资对我国经济增长的重要性,对于我国经济发展具有重要作
用。在现有阶段应根据经济发展状况着力改变目前教育投资水平和投
资结构。从而能够形成教育促增长、增长促教育的良性循环。

ABSTRACT
Education has an important relationship with economic growth,
especially important in today's knowledge economy is unprecedented
attention. Economic development in China has made great achievements in
reliance on labor-intensive industries, there has been a decline in the labor
force demographic dividend disappearance of the situation, in the face of
such a situation, to accelerate the transformation of the industrial structure,
promote investment in education is of great significance to economic
development. Investments in education have a positive role in economic
development, but the contribution of investment in education under
different economic conditions.
This article first systematic review ment on the relevant
economic theory of domestic and foreign education to explore the different
theories for the analysis of the correlation between educational investment
and economic development, after the quantitative analysis of certain
theoretical
