摘要
粉粒物料运输车是采用压缩空气使运输的粉粒物料流态化后,通过管道输送到一定距离和高度,用于运输如水泥,面粉,滑石粉,煤粉等的罐式汽车。研究粉料散装运输可以提高运输效率,节约运输费用,降低产品成本,同时能实现装运卸贮机械化。
本课题以举升式气卸粉罐汽车为具体研究对象,文中介绍了举升式气卸粉罐汽车的发展现状,确定了承载水泥的吨位并对汽车底盘进行选型以及总体布置,,,,,,,最后对整车性能进行了分析,应用CAD软件建立整车装配、罐体总成及相关零件模型。

ABSTRACT
Powder materials truck is pressed air make transportation powder materials fluidized, through pipes to certain distance and height, used to transport such as cement, flour, talcum powder, pulverized coal etc. The tank car Research powder bulk transportation can improve transport efficiency, economize the transportation cost, reduce the production cost, also can realize shipping discharge storage mechanization.
This topic to lifting type gas discharge powder tank cars for the research object, this paper introduces lifting type gas discharge powder tank car development present situation, confirmed the tonnage and bearing cement on car chassis selection and layout, and tank assembly, respectively on fluidized bed, lifting mechanism, gas discharge system, feeding hole lid, unloading system and auxiliary system plete vehicle detailed design, final performance is analyzed, the application of CAD software is built vehicle assembly, tanks assembly and related parts model.
