轨道交通站点施工期间道路交通组织设计
摘要
为了缓解城市交通的压力,提高城市居民出行的生活质量,当今世界各国均在以不同的速度大力发展城市轨道交通,但大部分轨道交通均从城市中心区通过,而城市中心区的道路交通问题均较为突出,如何合理组织城市中心区轨道施工期间的道路交通,处理好轨道施工影响与道路交通的矛盾值得大家探讨。
本文运用交通工程和交通控制与管理理论,研究地铁沿线站点的交通情况,分析大城市轨道施工期间对城市交通状况造成的影响。针对轨道交通施工期间道路交通进行合理的交通组织,通过点、线、面的交通分流策略,使道路网络中的交通流分布与地铁施工期间的道路通行能力相协调,缓解因地铁施工造成交通压力,尽可能使地铁施工期间的交通状况维持在平衡状态,从而对城市经济和交通的影响降低到最低限度。并以南京地铁二号线施工期间小卫街站的道路交通组织为例,从分析地铁施工对城市道路交通的影响着手,提出相应的交通组织方案和对策。

Abstract
In order to alleviate the pressure of city transportation, improves quality of life which the city peoples goes on a journey, now the various countries in vigorously develops the city track transportation by the different speed, but the majority of tracks transportation passes from the city central area, but the city central area road traffic question is prominent, how anizes city central area subway construction period the road traffic, processes the subway construction influence and the road traffic contradiction is worth everybody discussion.
This article utilizes the traffic engineering and the transportation control and the management theory, studies the subway along the route stand the transportation situation, analyzes big city subway construction period has the influence to the municipal transportation condition. Carries on the reasonable anization in view of the track transportation construction period road traffic, the initial point, the line, the surface traffic divergence strategy, causes in the work the transportation to flow the distribution and the subway construction period road capacity coordinates, alleviates because the subway construction to create the traffic pressure, causes subway construction period as far as possible the transportation condition maintains at the state of equilibrium, th
