摘要

社会的发展、昌盛、和谐一直是人类永恒的追求目标,而文化则是
一个社会或民族的血液和灵魂,也是民族间彼此分野的主要标志。当代
中国和谐社会建设是一个伟大的战略目标,是一个复杂的系统工程。它
不仅需要生产力的极大发展,社会产品的极大丰富,更需要先进文化来
武装、塑造人的灵魂,指引人类发展方向,提升人的综合素质和培育新
的人文精神,从而投身于和谐社会建设。并且通过文化体制改革和创新,
大力发展文化生产力,推动和谐社会建设,由之达到人的自由全面发展
和优雅生存。
本文共分四个部分。第一部分通过人类对和谐社会不倦追求的揭
示,论述了当代中国构建和谐社会的必然性;第二部分通过对文化一般
意义的理解,分析了文化之于人及社会的功能;第三部分论证了文化建
设对构建和谐社会的导向、动力和不可缺失、不可替代的作用,也即文
化建设之于和谐社会的必要性;第四部分着重讨论了如何建设和发展当
代中国文化,以促进和谐社会建设。

Cultural Support for Harmonious Society Construction
Abstract
Social development, prosperity and harmony has been the eternal pursuit for
human. And the culture is blood and soul of a society or nation and indication
between nations. Contemporary Chinese building of a harmonious society is a
great strategic goal and plex and systematic project. It requires not only the
great development of the productive forces and social abundant products but also
more advanced cultural arm, shaping a person's soul and direction of human
development guidelines to enhance the overall quality and the development of new
human spirit to participate in the building of a harmonious society. Through reform
of the cultural system and innovation and the development of cultural productivity,
and promoting the building of a harmonious society, each of free and
comprehensive development and elegant living could be achieved.
This paper consists of four parts. Through the human right tireless pursuit
of a harmonious society and the revelation in the first part, it exposed of
contemporary China to build a harmonious society inevitability; The second part of
the general culture's understanding of culture and society in the function; The third
part proved cultural construction of the building of a harmonious society - oriented,
dynamic and not missing, irreplaceable role namely cultural building of a
