纵观金融发展史,金融业大致经历了分业经营和混业经营相互交替的过程。分业经营和混业经营各有利弊,究竟选择那种体制,在理论界也是一直存在广泛的争议。随着经济不断发展和经济全球化和经济一体化的发展,市场竞争日益加剧。技术进步以及新技术的不断推广并且发展,金融商品层出不穷,金融机构的业务又不断地重叠,差别也是日益缩小。分业经营的模式在不断地被打破,分业经营体制下的传统金融行业在日益激烈的竞争中面临着巨大的压力,这也促使分业经营阵营出现了动摇和分化的现象。在混业经营又重新成为主流的情况下,依然实行分业经营的中国应该如何选择。本文就金融业到底实行分业经营还是混合经营,我国金融行业未来发展方向做一些简单的分析讨论。

Abstract
Throughout the history of financial development, financial industry was experienced roughly divided operation and mixed operation, mutual and alternant process. Divided operation and mixed operation, each have advantages and disadvantages, what kind of system, in theory and has been widely debated. With the constant development of economy and the development of economic globalization and integration, the petition is aggravated day by day. Technical progress and new technology promotion and development, financial products emerge in an endless stream, financial institutions, business and constantly overlap, the difference is shrinking. The separate operation mode are constantly being broken, separated management system under the traditional financial industry in the increasingly petition is facing the huge pressure, which also contributed to the operation camp appeared shaken and differentiation phenomenon. In the mixed operation has once again e a mainstream case, still a separate operation in China should be how to choose. This financial industry after implementing mixed operation or mixed operation, China's financial industry development direction in the future to do some simple analysis and discussion.
