摘要
随着高等教育管理体制改革的深化和毕业生就业方式的转变,大
学生面临着越来越激烈的就业竞争和就业压力。目前,大部分学生缺
乏职业生涯规划的意识及相关理论知识,对未来职业发展没有准确定
位和规划。同时,无论是高校,还是社会均未予以适当的重视,指导
服务体系尚不完善。因此,有关大学生职业生涯规划的研究和实践既
是时代发展的需要,更是大学生成长成才的需要。对大学生进行职业
生涯规划教育,有利于大学生提升个人竞争力,有利于保障教育投资
收益,促进学校的长期健康发展,有利于维护社会的繁荣稳定。
本文首先介绍了职业生涯规划的相关概念及理论基础,阐述了国
内外大学生职业生涯规划的发展概况及实施现状。在此基础上,针对
福建省 5 所大学的学生及就业指导人员进行问卷调查和访谈,结合各
大测评机构的调查数据,归纳、总结出了当代我国高校大学生职业生
涯规划方面存在的普遍问题。并以此为研究的切入点探究其原因,在
借鉴国内外大学生职业生涯规划实践发展经验的基础上,提出针对性
较强,较为有效的解决问题的框架与措施。
本文研究的重点在于:从大学生个人、高校职业生涯规划教育服
务体系建设和政府宏观调控三方面综合考虑,分析了大学生个体如何
实施自己的职业生涯规划,探索高校如何建立大学生职业生涯规划的
长效机制、指导体系及实践体系,提出了政府整合各方资源,充分发
挥协调、规范和调控职能。

本文的特色与创新之处在于不仅从学生个体的角度来探讨职业
生涯规划方案,还全面考虑构建改进我国大学生职业生涯规划现状的
一体化框架,明确了学生个体规划、高校条件保障和政府宏观调控三
者各自的角色。这不仅符合我国大学生职业生涯规划的实际情况,为
大学生职业生涯规划在我国的有效开展提供了一条思路。而且,对改
进我国大学生的职业生涯规划建设,促进高校适应市场、社会需求调
整学科和专业设置,构建职业生涯规划辅导模式具有较高的借鉴价
值。

The petition and pressure facing university students
are growing increasingly fierce, with the course of the intensifying higher
education management system and the changes in graduate students’
employment forms. At present, the majority of students lack the
awareness of career path planning and relevant theoretical knowledge,
without specific orientation and planning for their future vocational
development. Meanwhile, neither universities nor the society has
expressed appropriate amount of concern, resulting in an plete
instructing service , it is not only the developing need of
this age, but also the demand of college students’ development, to
conduct researches on their care path planning. To educate them on
vocational path planning is beneficial in that it helps students to improve
petitiveness, ensures educational investment profits, promotes
schools’ long-term sound growth, and maintains social stability and
prosperity.
