摘要: 氨基酸型表面活性剂是以生物物质为基础的环境友好表面活性剂。本文综述了氨基酸型表面活性剂
的研究动态,并按亲水基氨基酸的不同以及结构的不同分别介绍了氨基酸型表面活性剂的分类;同时重点介绍了
氨基酸型表面活性剂的合成制备方法,其中包括化学合成法、酶合成法以及化学酶合成法。最后通过氨基酸型表
Ξ面活性剂诸多优良的表面性能展望了其发展方向。

Research Trend of Amino Acid based Surfactants

Abstract : Amino acid based surfactant is a kind of environmental friendly surfactants based on biological substance.
And its research status was summarized. The classification of amino acid based surfactants was introduced on the basis of
differences of its hydrophilic amino groups and its structures. The introduction was centered on synthetic methods of
amino acid based surfactants including the chemical synthesis , enzymatic synthesis , chemo enzymatic synthesis. Finally ,
the development trends of amino acid based surfactants were viewed based on its merits of surface performance.
