ink(LB-1900Wseries)
LB-1900W为双组分网印UV接触曝光,稀碱显影的阻焊油墨。经高温硬化后
的涂膜具有高绝缘性和高阻焊性,特别为LED显示器及铝基板而设计,其特性更适
合使用于精密电路板。

(1)开油及搅拌约5-10分钟到充分均匀。若要调整粘度,加入1-3%的开油
粘度调整水,建议使用DBE稀释剂、防白水
DilutionandTostirfor5-10minutestillit’swell-
viscositytheviscosityneedstobeadjusted,1-3%ofthediluent
’srecommendedtouseDBEdiluent,
butylglycol(BCS).
搅拌均匀后静置10~15分钟后再印刷
(2)静置
Tostandfor10-15minutesafterfullystirring,andthen

网版用36T或43T丝网油墨厚度在:25-30um之间
(3)网目选择

A:两面分开印刷、分别烘烤:
第一面热风循环烤箱:75±5℃、15-20分钟;
第二面热风循环烤箱:75±5℃、20-25分钟;

热风循环烤箱:75±5℃、25-30分钟

1、此款油墨只适合做沉镍金、喷锡工艺,不可做沉锡、沉银,不可以使用
UV机生产。
2、以上参数仅供参考,具体操作以试样为准。
