摘要:解放初期全国电镀厂点只有十几家。电镀工艺简单而又落后,电镀废水基本上未经治理排入城市下水道流进江河,对周围环境造成污染,但由于量少,危害尚不严重。建国以来,我国电镀工业随着全国工农业的发展而迅速发展。据不完全统计全国电镀厂点至今已发展到约1万家,职工约有40万人,每年排出电镀废水约40亿m3。政府十分重视环保问题,国家制订了环保法,历年来政府和企业投资在废水治理项目上达数百亿元,电镀废水治理已取得巨大成就。但是也有少数电镀厂点治理电镀废水还不尽人意,有的是认识问题,有的是技术问题,也有的是管理问题,以致影响电镀废水排不达标。

According to plete statistics, the national electroplating factories has been developed to about 1 employees, about 400000 people, about 4000000000 of m3 per year from electroplating wastewater. The government attaches great importance to environmental issues, countries in the formulation of environmental law, the government and enterprises to invest in wastewater treatment project for hundreds of million yuan, has made great achievements in electroplating wastewater treatment. But there are a few electroplating factory point of electroplating wastewater treatment is still unsatisfactory, some understandi
