数字化二维钛网在额骨修补中的体会

摘要
目的:探讨数字化成型二维钛网修复体在额骨修补中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体进行额骨修补45例,三维易塑型钛网修复体行额骨修补42例,进行疗效评价。结果。从两组患者疗效、劳动强度及住院花费等方面数字化成型二维钛网修补组优于三维易塑型钛网修补组;结论:应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体修复额骨缺损的效果优于三维易塑型钛网修复体。应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体进行额骨修补简化了手术步骤,减轻了手术医师的劳动强度。

Abstract Objective:To study the clinical value puter-aided designation(CAD)of individual shaped in repairing skull :A retrospective analysis of 45 cases with skull defects undergone the repairing skull defects puter-aided designation(CAD)2-D titanium armor plates,and 42 cases with the 3-D titanium armor :Both of them from therapeutic effect ,work intensity ,expend on hospitalization pare,the 2-D titanium armor plates group is superior to 3-D titanium armor paltes groups..Conclusion:puter-aided designation(CAD)2-D
titanium armor plates could obtain the better clinal effect. It pressing the operation steps and less the labor costs by puter-aided designation(CAD)2-D titanium armor plates

颅骨缺损是神经外科颅脑术后较常见的后遗症,常须行修补术,而额骨缺损又是其中最重要的一种。如何将额骨缺损修复得更加完美,尤其是额骨缺损,是当前国内外学者研究的热点。我科2005年3月~2010年2月用数字化成型二维钛网行额骨修补术45例,与随机抽取的既往应用三维易塑型钛网行额骨修补术患者42例进行比较,应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体行额骨修补术收到良好效果,现报告如下。资料与方法
