[摘要] 目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合左西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月~2016年1月治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者共72例,采用随机数字表法随机分为联合组和对照组,每组36例, 两组患者均予左西替利嗪每次5 mg,每天1次,口服。联合组同时加用玉屏风颗粒,每次1包,每天3次,饭前顿服,疗程4周。治疗后对两组的临床疗效进行评价,并比较两组患者治疗前后各项临床表现喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻?W评分的变化情况。%,%,差异具有统计学意义()。联合组患者与对照组患者治疗后的临床表现喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分分别较治疗前显著降低,且联合组患者治疗后的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、±、±、±、±,分别显著低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P
