摘要
在知识经济时代,区域高等教育正日益成为区域经济发展的“助推器”。面对
新时代的发展要求,如何测算高等教育与经济发展之间的协调性并促进两者的协
调发展便成为一个十分重要且值得研究的问题。本文采用文献研究和定量分析相
结合的研究方法,运用高等教育与经济发展的静态和动态协调性评价模型,对河
南高等教育与经济发展的协调性进行了较为深入的研究。
首先,文章根据指标体系的构建原则,借鉴有关研究成果,提出了一个由三
个层次、两个领域、22 个具体指标组成的简洁实用的河南高等教育与经济发展的
协调性评价指标体系,覆盖高等教育的人才培养、科学研究、教育投入以及区域
经济发展的经济总量、经济发展结构、居民生活水平等方面。
其次,运用静态和动态协调性评价模型对两者的协调性进行分析。对两者的
相关性分析表明,河南的高等教育与经济发展之间存在着非常显著性的正相关关
系。静态协调度反映的是两者在某一时间点上的协调度,连续起来可反映其运行
态势与规律,动态协调度则反映了两者在某一连续时间段上的运动态势与规律。
在同一时刻,与静态协调度相比,动态协调度往往具有滞后性的特点。通过协调
度的计算,表明 1994-2007 年河南高等教育与经济发展的静态协调度在 14 年间处
于不断波动的状态,而且波动的幅度比较大,静态协调度共有四个年份处于不协
调状态,且动态协调度一直处于明显而缓慢的下降状态,这些反映出河南高等教
育与经济发展之间存在着较为严重的脱节问题,这需要引起我们的警惕。
最后,本文根据有关理论,针对河南高等教育与经济发展在协调发展中存在
的问题,从高等教育与经济发展的关系、更好地发挥经济发展对高等教育的促进
作用、更好地发挥高等教育对经济发展的促进作用以及国家加大对河南高等教育
发展的扶持力度四个角度就促进河南高等教育与经济的协调发展提出了有关政策
建议。

Abstract
In the knowledge-based economy era,regional higher education is playing an
increasingly important role as a "booster" to push the regional economic. In order to
cope with the requirements of development in this new age, one question es
important and is worth considering: How to measure and calculate the harmony
between the higher education and economic development, and then promote the
coordinated growth of the higher education and economy. The research method of this
paper is literature research bined with the quantitative analysis. By using the
static and dynamic coordination evaluation model of higher education and economic
development, paratively in-depth research about the coordinated growth of the
higher education and economy in Henan Province has been done in this thesis.
