摘要:在生活中“衣食住行”是最重要的,住宅区作为生活中重要的一部分,住宅建设与千家万户息息相关,它涉及到每个居民的切身利益。住宅建设又与国家、社会关系密切,它影响着国家发展与社会安定。在居住区规划与住宅设计中,积极推进“以人为本”的设计观念和“可持续发展”方针,通过规划设计的创新活动,创造出具有地方特色,设备完善和达到21世纪居住标准的居住环境,从而使中国住宅建筑技术获得整体的提高。本文就住宅区设计着重分析其设计要点。

引言
住宅建设是人类永恒的主题。住宅小区的规划设计是整个工程的关键所在。如何实现“人人享有舒适的住房”,在全国特别是在内陆城市,是每个规划师和建筑师迫切关注的课题。建筑不仅限于居住,而且要与文化因素与建筑的结合越来越紧密。所以,在住宅设计时应向多元素方面不断地发展。做到建筑、艺术、文化、景观的完美结合,体现以人为本的设计理念。建筑是时代的产物,小区规划设计的发展必然随着时代的进步而呈现动态发展和可持续发展模式。Housing construction proves to be a permanent issue for mankind, in which, nowadays, the plans and designs of residential areas have been paid too much attention by many urban planers and architects. This paper mainly focuses on the important role that the plans and designs play and some ideas related to it in construction of residential areas, which, instead of a process operated only by one single department or one single specialty, have developed to a interactive one. As to the planning of residential areas, the development style and the dimension of the housing districts are discussed, as well as the developing trend, the movable and quiet anization, the whole environment quality, and the perfect public architecture.
