摘要:3D打印技术备受国内外关注,快速发展为一种趋势,同样的传统的制造行业面临这巨大变化。在航空航天方向,高强度、耐高温、精度高飞行器的设计需求针对飞行器设计及制造工艺要求更高,特别是大尺寸,复杂结构多的零部件,然而3D打印技术整体化制造技术特别适合制造大尺寸、复杂结构零件及定制的变批量零件。相对于传统制造技术,3D打印技术有着其独特优势。
当前飞机设计时间过长,总是超出生产周期,难以满足优化的设计,基于这些问题针对飞机零件的布局及零件所含元素进行优化设计,已达到减少材料损耗,制造费用少及刚度、强度等要求,采用优化设计。随着对飞机零件制造工艺要求的提高,目前制造行业尤其关注3D打印技术,根据飞机零部件的制造要求,使用3D打印技术制造零件。本文介绍3D打印技术的成型特点,说明3D打印技术研究目标及优化设计方案,最后从零件结构特征、结构的稳定性、制造时间及成本等方面进行案例分析,求出最佳3D打印方式。
