摘要:本文主题是对输送带托辊轴端部密封结构的设计,其主要目的是对托辊轴承进行密封,从而保证托辊的使用寿命。本设计主要针对矿用托辊轴端密封结构的设计。使用的方法:对带式输送机运行时辊筒、辊轴、轴承的运动状态以及工作环境的分析,得出密封结构的设计方案。托辊的密封结构采用的是以迷宫式密封结构为主,而防尘盖设计有辅助密封圈(接触式密封结构)。本文对托辊的密封技术进行了一定的研究。同时对带式输送机和托辊材料及密封结构的关系进行一定的阐述说明。国内外对托辊的密封结构早有研究,针对矿用托辊密封结构的研究专利也已经有很多。在这些研究专利中,很多密封结构的是根据动密封结构中的非接触式迷宫密封结构进行的优化研究改进所得。研究的主要思路是以添加辅助密封结构来实现提高托辊密封性能。但随着密封件的增加,托辊的成本也随之增加,这样使得产品推广应用所受阻力。本课题的创新点是:(1)防尘盖采用与类唇式密封结构相结合。解决了迷宫密封中静态密封性低的缺陷。这样不但增添了辅助密封圈,而且非标零部件的数量上没有增加。(2)使密封件从简采用了胶封工艺。这样使得密封结构更为紧固,保证了各部件的同轴度。还降低了装配时对托辊的质量上的损害。

Design of seal structure for the end of roller shaft of belt conveyor
Abstract: The theme of this paper is the design of the seal structure of the roller shaft end of the belt, the main purpose is to seal the roller bearing, so as to guarantee the service life of the roller. The main use of the method is that the operation of the belt conveyor roller, roller, bearing the motion state of the analysis, and put forward the sealing structure design scheme for using sealed type sealing structure, dust cover design as auxiliary seal ring and auxiliary seal into static seal structure. Study of mine roller seal structure patent already have many .In these studies patent design of seal structure is based on the early some non-contact labyrinth seal structure of dynamic sealing structure is improved. With the increase of the seals, affected by the resistance of the product promotion can also be multiplied above. This topic of the innovation points are: (1) the dust cover bined with type of lip seal structure. Such not only solved the labyrinth, the defect in the static sealing low and did not increase the number of non-standard parts.(2) simple using the rubber sealing technology make the seal
