[摘要]目的探讨心理护理干预在抑郁症患者临床治疗中的价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月就?\于我院的抑郁症患者120例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗和护理)与观察组(对照组基础上增加心理护理干预),各60例,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、自尊量表(SES)评分、自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分以及生活质量评分较干预前显著改善(P<),且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,给予抑郁症患者心理护理干预,能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,改善其生活质量,值得在临床广泛开展。
