文档介绍:摘要】集成化智能传感器概念的提出仅仅十余年,但近年发展很快,国外刊物上关于新型集成化智能传感器研制的报道很多,国内一些著名高校和研究所也在开展此类工作。和经典的传感器相比,集成化智能传感器具有体积小、成本低、功耗小、速度快、可靠性高、精度高以及功能强大等优点。集成化智能传感器的优点使它成为目前传感器研究的热点和传感器发展的主要方向,必将主宰下个世纪的传感器市场。
本文的数字化无线温度传感器具有集成化、智能化的特点,它由温度测量(发射部分)、温度处理(接收部分)和温度值显示(上位机)三部分构成。温度测量采用一线制数字温度传感器DS18B20,其体积小,集成度高,自带A/D,功耗低。处理器选用低功耗单片机PIC16F74。温度传输采用超低功耗发射接收模块PTR4000,以方式与处理器通讯。PTR4000在测量点接收传感器的数据并把数据以无线方式传输出去,接收部分通过接收模块(PTR4000)接收数据,并进行数字滤波,同时将接收到的数据以异步串行通信方式传给上位机。

Abstract
The conception of integrated brain sensor only has about ten years’history, but in recent years, it developed fast. There are so many reports about the new type of integrated brain sensor in foreign publication .In china, some famous universities and institutes also work for this. Compared with the typical sensor, the integrated brain sensor has many advantages such as small volume, low cost, the work consumes the sterigma, fast speed, high rediability, and high precision, strong function and so on. The advantages make it to be the importance of the reseach and important direction. Of the development of sensor, it will control the maket of sensor in the next century.
In this paper, the digital wirless temperature sensor has the features of integration and intelligence. It is consist of the measure of temperature (the emission fraction), the gradient of temperature treating (the reception fraction), sum gradient of temeprature(the place of honor machine).The gradient of temeprature survey adoption is a glimmer of to make the numerical temperature transducer,temperature sensor DS18B20. The low work of the treater application consumes the single sheet machine gradient of temeprature transmission adopts the super and low work to consume the emission reception shuttering cake PTR4000, with the mode and treater munications.
