【摘要】:在现代新经济的特殊背景下,创新成为企业管理的主题,而对人力资源的管理及创新更是企业管理和发展的关键与核心之所在,因此,在新经济时代下企业必须做好人力资源管理。本文首先对新经济的内涵和特征进行阐述,然后对人力资源管理以及新经济下企业所需人才的分类进行相关论述,进而在此基础上提出了新经济背景下企业如何做好人力资源管理的创新。
