Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) was launched in November 2001, is the government-private sector partnership to emerge from the terrorist attacks on Sept 11, 2001.
To protect their supply chains from concealment of terrorist weapons, including weapons of mass effect, and global supply chains are more secure.
