MISSION OF THE MUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the munity,
Having regard to Council Directive 76/769/EEC of 27 July 1976 on the approximations of the laws, regulations, and administrative provisions of the
Member States relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations(1), as last amended mission
Directive 97/64/EC(2), and in particular Article 2a thereof, introduced by Council Directive 89/678/EEC(3),
(1) Whereas within the framework of the Act of Accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union, in particular in Articles 69, 84 and
112 respectively, it is foreseen that during a period of four years from 1 January 1995 certain provisions of Annex I to Directive 76/769/EEC do not
apply to Austria, Finland and Sweden and shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures laid down in the EC Treaty;
