[摘要] 目的探索雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片用于治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的效果。方法在我院2014年2月~2016年6月间收治的感染后咳嗽患儿中随机选出147例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分入到观察组和对照组中,对照组患者采用口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组在口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗基础上给予雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。%,%,%,%();治疗后观察组患儿的咳嗽次数、咳嗽程度、咽喉痒、咳痰评分均低于对照组(P

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of bined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in treatment of cough after infection in children. Methods 147 cases of children with cough after infection cured in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the study to the treatment method,they were divided into observation group and control in control group were treated with Oral Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,and patients in observation group were treated with Oral Montelukast Sodium Chewable bined with nebulized budesonide and of the two groups pared and analyzed.
