品质并不是靠检查出来,而是靠生产出来的;
检查是生产管制的基本职能,但它并不属于品质管制所致力的;
检查只是把所制成的,与规格要求的,作一个比较;
如果产品在第一次便做得对,便可消除废料、返工率及减少客户投诉;
品质管制只是为向顾客确保产品的质量所作的努力。
